About Founder & CEO

John Sigmon is the founder, chief executive officer and president of Results Consulting Experts. Mr. Sigmon formed Results Consulting Experts. (RCE) in 2015 to provide management consultation, technical assistance, and professional staffing support services to federal, state and local government agencies as well as the private sector.

 

Mr. Sigmon's professional career spans two decades serving as an IT Professional with experience providing top level customer service with strong networking and programming skills. Mr. Sigmon has served as a Senior SharePoint Developer for various agencies throughout the CDC providing high level solutions.

RCE'S Management Team 

Past Performance

​RCE performed daily SharePoint administration and development duties to ensure maximum data availability and optimal SharePoint performance. This was performed to help proactively develop high level solutions such as developing an Opioid SharePoint site where high level documents and events are shared throughout all agencies within the CDC. RCE also performed application administration to include privileges, user administration, database tuning and backup/recovery processes. RCE was also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer trouble calls reported by individual users and individual program offices. RCE also ensured that SharePoint 2013 were accessible and up-to-date with patches. RCE conducted installs, configurations, implementations, and maintained all tools associated with SharePoint. RCE has developed branding SharePoint sites. RCE has created Office 365 using MS Azure.  RCE has a vast knowledge of SharePoint 2013/Office 365.  RCE has been apart of the migration from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online within CDC.

RCE provided stellar customer service being part of ITSO help desk. Maintaining a 98% SLA for support calls assisting on various support calls. RCE performed at a high level assisting customers with solutions Outlook, SAS, Microsoft Suite, Password, Android, IPhone and database solutions. RCE prides itself with providing exceptional staff with a vast knowledge of technical skills to provide the top level customer service.

RCE has developed a Grant Support Service for HHS.  RCE designed forms and workflows to fit the grant solutions processes. RCE configured the submission portal to be used for the full lifecycle of grants being submitted, allowing for post-award communications, impact assessments, and much more.  RCE developed deadline timers, word counts, customized instructions and email confirmations that allowed applicants to never have to second-guess their submission. Which meant fewer questions for grant staff.
